Instant Payment

For new ResellerOrder Partners, you need to have credit card option activated before you make any payments via credit cards. To activate credit card option, please print the following Fax Form on your Letterhead, along with a clear copy of the front and back of your Credit Card. You can send us these using any of the options below:
1. Attach clear scanned images of these documents and send it via email to welcome@resellerorder.com
2. Fax it to us at 1-(425)-956-3981 ccactivationletter.pdf [Download Acrobat Reader]
Note: Once you send us the above documents, please contact our Billing Team by creating a ticket at http://live.helpsupports.net. Our Billing Team will process your documents and enable your Credit Card Access as soon as the verification is completed.
PayPal
If you are having an "Unverified PayPal A/c", the funds will only be credited to your account after our Billing Team has contacted you to verify your A/c details. You can expedite the process, by creating a ticket to our Billing Team at http://live.helpsupports.net with the following details:
• Partner Username
• Name
• Date of Payment
• Transaction Description
• Amount
Note: It’s strongly suggested that you make PayPal payments through our secured payment gateway. If you would like to send the payments to our PayPal account directly from PayPal websites, please use this account: paypal@hooyoo.com. By choosing this, please make sure that you enclose your detailed account information at ResellerOrder.com with the payment. And please contact our Billing Team as soon as you make the payment so that we can credit the funds to your account without delay and disputes.

Note: • Funds credited to your account are subject to appropriate Fees charged by intermediary banks or our banks. If you wish to find out what these fees are, please contact our Billing team by creating a ticket at at http://live.helpsupports.net.
• Please ensure your Company name or Partner Username appears in the sender section of the wire transfer. Once you send the Bank/Wire Transfer, please raise a support ticket to our Billing Team from http://live.helpsupports.net and include details of the Bank/Wire Transfer, your Partner Username, your Company Name, Date of Transfer, Originating Bank, Transferred Amount, and your Bank Account Number. Only when we receive this information from you, we will verify your transfer and credit your account appropriately.
We currently do not accept check payments, money orders, cash, C.O.D. shipments or any other not listed means of payment. Payments are collected in US Dollar only unless stated differently in our payment e-mail (like for local bank transfer payments in different currency).
ResellerOrder.com reserves the right to verify credit card payments or to refuse orders from certain areas with high credit card fraud rates.
